Seeking a high-performing remote Sales Development Rep

You'll play a crucial role in our mission to help 100 million entrepreneurs achieve their dreams, while working remotely with uncapped earning potential. The Role:

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for ambitious founders looking to scale their businesses. You'll qualify prospects, set appointments, and help drive our mission forward through meaningful conversations.

What You'll Do:

  1. Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  2. Schedule 84 quality appointments monthly with ideal prospects
  3. Maintain a 75% show rate through effective qualification
  4. Follow up with prospects using proven systems
  5. Participate in daily team huddles and strategy sessions

What You'll Get:

  1. $1,500 monthly base draw
  2. $350 per closed set
  3. Expected OTE: $88,200/year
  4. Fully remote position

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of high-ticket appointment setting experience
  2. Fluent English speaker
  3. Professional home office setup with reliable internet
  4. Available for full-time (40 hours/week) commitment
  5. Track record of hitting sales development targets
  6. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
