Operations & Recruitment Manager
We’re looking for a systems-driven Operations & Recruitment Manager to join our team and help build the future of entrepreneurship. This role is for someone who thrives at building scalable recruiting systems, optimizing operational efficiency, and executing world-class in-person events that bring our team and community together.
You’ll be responsible for streamlining hiring, onboarding, and operational systems, while also supporting the planning and execution of two high-impact in-person events per year that align with our vision of helping 100 million founders accomplish their dreams.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Talent Systems
- Design and implement scalable recruitment systems and processes
- Develop and manage an efficient recruiting pipeline using modern tools and technologies
- Establish and oversee strategic recruitment challenges that assess for both cultural fit and capabilities
- Create comprehensive onboarding documentation and compliance frameworks
- Innovate compensation models that align with our culture of excellence
- Build partnerships and expand our reach
- Work closely with leadership to understand and fulfill hiring needs
Operations & Systems
- Create scalable systems that can be replicated across different roles and departments
- Optimize internal processes to increase team efficiency and operational excellence
- Ensure alignment between recruitment, onboarding, and company-wide systems
Event Execution & Logistics
- Support the Chief of Staff in the planning and execution of two in-person team events per year, ensuring a world-class experience for attendees
- Oversee logistics, vendor management, and coordination to bring events to life seamlessly
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and the team to align events with company goals and community-building efforts
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and operational execution to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building recruitment systems in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to execute live events, including logistics, coordination, and experience design
- Strong understanding of modern recruiting tools and technologies
- Operational excellence with experience building scalable systems
- Track record of successful hires in the startup ecosystem
- Ability to own and execute complex projects from start to finish
- Passion for the founder community and entrepreneurship
