Founder Success Manager (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Founder Success Manager to join our remote team. You will manage a portfolio of 50 founders, helping them achieve breakthrough results using proven systems for audience growth and brand building. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving client success and delivering measurable outcomes within 90 days.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct 25 weekly coaching calls, providing guidance and accountability while helping founders generate $20k+ monthly revenue within their first 90 days.
2. Drive community engagement by celebrating wins, maintaining high activity levels, and ensuring client milestone achievement through our Skool platform.
3. Track and report key metrics including TrustPilot reviews, case studies, and client success stories while collaborating with the team to optimize founder journeys.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in Client Success or Account Management, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated ability to drive measurable client outcomes in a high-growth environment are required.
